Sitepass provides a comprehensive workforce management system, offering complete transparency over organisational safety, risk, and compliance. Assessor provides cloud management of digital practical assessments with embedded photographic evidence of competency and compliance. As Technical Lead you will:  Empower, coach, and lead a high-performing team of software and test engineers to be self-organised and adaptive. Responsible for leading the product team to consistently deliver high-quality products, ensuring timely value delivery for customers while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Drive key initiatives by collaborating with the Product Owner and Architecture team to clarify solution designs. Work closely with the product team and business functions through all development phases to deliver high-quality software on time. Remain hands-on with coding, code reviews, and leading DevOps practices. Contribute to our software engineering leadership team, shaping the future of our organisation.  A little about you You are a collaborative leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for building high-performing teams.
